SENATE BILL NO. 70 An Act relating to the public school                        
foundation program; and providing for an effective date which had              
been placed at the bottom of today's calendar (page 3262) was read             
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                  
BILL NO. 70 be held to the April 19 calendar.  Without objection,              
it was so ordered.
